Merging Personal Accounts
When do you need to merge personal accounts:
- If both personal accounts belong to the same person but contain different documents, then it is better to merge these accounts into one, so that all documents can be browsed together.
Features of the merged account:
- You can login using any combination of logins and passwords that were used in the merged accounts.
- It will contain the documents from both merged accounts.

Link other accounts
When do you need to link a personal account:
- For example, a mother has a personal account with her own set of documents, and her child also has a personal account with her documents. If the mother links the child’s account to her account, she could quickly switch accounts and browse her own documents and the child’s documents without mixing it together.

- The set of documents in each accounts will remain unchanged.
- You will be able to switch accounts without re-entering your login and password.
